WCFE's Online Exhibitor Manual

We are delighted that you have chosen to participate in the Expo! Within this online manual you will find a breakdown of services to set up your booth.

After reading the helpful information below, you can access the online manual by entering your login password at the bottom of this page. If you did not receive the email notification with the login password, please call Steve Naylor at 201-881-1658 or email: snaylor@mfvexpo.com.

Since all the information in the Rules & Regulations will not apply to each exhibitor, we suggest you use the following method to navigate this online manual:
  1. Print out the Index Page.
  2. Highlight the services/information that your company requires and then go back to the Index and click on each item.
  3. The link will bring you to that specific section of the Regulations, provide you with a description of the service and provide a link to the Order Form required (if any).
  4. Print out and complete the required Order Form and submit it to the Contractor indicated on the form. (Some forms are available online.)
Discounts are provided for all orders placed by the requested day. Please be sure to get your orders in on time to avoid additional charges. Please send order forms to the service provider as indicated on each form. DO NOT SEND THEM TO SHOW MANAGEMENT UNLESS SO INDICATED. Show Management is not responsible for forms sent incorrectly.
