Exhibitor Badges will be mailed to all exhibitors who submitted their badge registration form prior to October 15th. You can still submit badge registrations and pick up your Exhibitor Badge at the Exhibitor Registration Counter at the Convention Center.
The Exhibitor Registration Counter will be located in the lobby of West Hall A. Upon arrival at the convention center, bring your badges to the Exhibitor Registration Desk to check in and pick up your badge holders. Exhibitor Badges will be mailed on October 21, 2008. If you did not complete the On-Line Exhibitor Registration Form prior to October 15, 2008, you can pick up your Exhibitor Badge at check in.
Our Show Office will be located in Booth 464 on the show floor.
Service Counters will be located at the back of the 200 aisle. If you have questions regarding your service orders (carpet, furniture, labor, shipping, electric, internet) please see the appropriate service provider for assistance. Lead Retrieval System provider is e-Vents Registration and will have a service counter next to the Exhibitor Registration Counter in the Lobby of Hall A
Exhibitor Move In is Thursday, November 6th from 8am to 5pm. All exhibitors’ booths must be set by Thursday evening. Set up is not permitted on Friday morning. Please note: Children are not permitted on the show floor during move in or move out hours. Children are only allowed on the show floor during show hours.
Exhibitor Move Out is Sunday, November 9th from 4pm to 8pm and Monday, November 10th from 8am to 11am. Break down is not permitted until after the show closes on Sunday. All shipments must be picked up no later than 11am Monday, November 10th.
Think Security! Show security guards will be on duty 24 hours a day from move-in to move-out. However, show security cannot and should not be counted on to provide more than a presence to inhibit theft. Please see the Think Security flyer for a few precautions to help in reducing the risk of theft or disappearance. As an additional safeguard, exhibitors may hire the services of a guard to provide an exclusive presence in their booth using the “In-Booth Security” form or by contacting the official WCFE security contractor.

As a 2008 exhibitor, you have the first opportunity to select space in advance of next year’s event and secure rate protection from 2009 increases.
(Rate increase goes into effect Monday, November 10, 2008.)
Check your Inbox the week of October 27th for your Space Selection Kit. Your kit will contain your Priority Ranking Number and appointment time for attending your Space Selection Meeting during WCFE.
Each WCFE exhibitor is assigned a Priority Ranking Number which is based on a point system.
