Should you need to make changes to your reservation on or before September 4, you can do so by simply retrieving your reservation information on this website. After September 4 please call 201-722-9733 or 800-829-2281 or email your request to reservations@expotravel.com. We will advise if we can still take your changes, or you must contact the hotel directly. Our normal business hours are 9:00am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

JetBlue: Travel Outbound between September 30 and October 2 and Return between October 4-6th and receive 5% discount on flights to Long Beach, CA or Burbank, CA*
*To be able to use the JetBlue discount, all travel must be booked online at www.jetblue.com/promo using the code offer code: WCFE2009. Flights are capacity controlled and any flight is entitled to the 5% discount as long as it fits the criteria. All flights in a reservation must include valid routes and travel dates in order to receive a discount. If only one direction of travel is valid, please book your valid flight as a one way trip using the promotional code and the other segment as a one way trip without the code.
Car Rental
Special arrangements have been made with Hertz Rent-A-Car. Rent any size vehicle from September 25-October 11, 2009. Click here to review more details about the special meeting rates. Airport Transportation: Among the modes of transportation available at LAX are airport bus service, door-to-door shuttle van service, local bus lines, light rail, rental cars, and taxicabs. A free, frequent shuttle bus connects LAX with MTA's Green Line Light Rail. Shuttle service is provided at no charge for passengers making connecting flights between terminal buildings.
