Our group coordinators will be happy to assist you. *Please note:* Special rates are per room, per night, and do not reflect taxes. Rates shown are exclusive through ETI and are in effect until approximately 30 days prior to the event (providing rooms are available), after which time we will continue to accept reservations at the prevailing rack rates, subject to their availability. Early booking is advised to ensure choice of hotels and special rates. Do not contact hotels directly, as higher rates will apply and Expo Travel cannot do rate adjustments to reservations booked direct. A valid credit card is required to confirm a reservation and guarantee late arrival. No charges will post to the card at time of booking unless advance deposit required is noted on your hotel choice. All charges will be paid by the guest at check out. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty and charges to credit card.

Through the online reservation system of Expo Travel, Inc. you can now make a reservation 24/7, see the featured hotels at the lowest rates, review each hotel description and view a location and area map, as well as receive an immediate acknowledgement of your reservation at your preferred hotel via email.

Should you need to make changes to your reservation, you can do so by simply retrieving your reservation information on this website up to 2 weeks prior to arrival. Any changes needed to be made to your reservation within 2 weeks of your arrival, please call 201-722-9733 or 800-829-2281 or email your request to reservations@expotravel.com. We will advise if we can still take your changes, or you must contact the hotel directly. Our normal business hours are 9:00am to 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

Car Rental: Special arrangements have been made with Hertz Rent-A-Car. Rent any size vehicle from October 29- November 13, 2011. Click here to review more details about the special meeting rates. Airport and Shuttle Services Information

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is approximately 20 miles from downtown Los Angeles.

Airport Transportation: Among the modes of transportation available at LAX are airport bus service, door-to-door shuttle van service, local bus lines, light rail, rental cars, and taxicabs. A free, frequent shuttle bus connects LAX with MTA's Green Line Light Rail. Shuttle service is provided at no charge for passengers making connecting flights between terminal buildings.

Ontario International Airport (ONT) is approximately 35 miles from downtown Los Angeles.
