*All booths must be set up on Thursday. Set up is NOT permitted on Friday. Straight time labor ends at 4:30pm. Overtime rates prevail after 4:30pm.
**Continential Breakfast is available to all exhibitors in the Supplier Section of the Show Floor from 9:30am - 10:30am on Friday, 8:30am - 9:30am on Saturday and 9:30am-10:30am on Sunday.
***Show closes at 4:00pm. Breakdown starts on Sunday at 4:00pm. Any exhibitor breaking down their display prior to 4:00pm on Sunday will be charged a $500 penalty.
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted on the show floor at any time during exhibitor move in or exhibitor move out. NO EXCEPTIONS. Children under the age of 18 are only permitted on the show floor during show days and must be with an adult at all times. All children under the age of 18 must leave the show floor at 4pm on Sunday once the show closes. They cannot stay on the show floor during breakdown/move out.

The Exhibitor Manual will be available on or about July 1st. An email notification will be sent to all exhibitors once the On Line Exhibitor Manual is available.

Nearest Airports:
Los Angeles International Airport is 20 miles or approximately 30 minutes drive to the Convention Center.
Ontario International Airport is located 35 miles east of downtown Los Angeles in the west end of San Bernardino County.
Metro Rail and Bus:
Los Angeles’ Metro, MTA, provides an inexpensive, convenient means of getting around the city and nearby suburbs by rail (Pico Stations) and bus.
The DASH Transit System, which is available throughout the downtown area, also provides transportation to the Convention Center.
Parking:
Parking is available at the Convention Center. The West Coast Franchise Expo is conveniently accessible from the parking garage.
